How do I vectorize a logo?
Drop the logo, check the preview, and download the SVG. Colour mode is already on: the tool finds the logo’s colours, upscales it and traces each colour into smooth shapes. Adjust “Max colours”, “Remove specks” or “Curve smoothing” if needed.
Will it keep my exact brand colours?
It picks colours from the flat areas of the logo, so solid brand colours come out as the same hex values — the swatches under the controls show exactly which colours were found. Colours that only appear in tiny spots can be merged into their nearest neighbour; raise “Max colours” if one goes missing.
My logo is small or blurry — will it still work?
It upscales the image up to 4× before tracing, which helps a lot, but it cannot invent detail that is not there. Use the largest, least compressed version of the logo you have — ideally a PNG exported straight from the design file.
What about gradients, shadows and photos in a logo?
Those become bands of flat colour. Logos built from flat shapes vectorize cleanly; gradients and soft shadows usually need to be rebuilt by hand in a design tool after tracing.
Can I edit the SVG or use it on a Cricut or laser cutter?
Yes. Each colour is its own set of vector shapes, so the SVG opens and edits cleanly in Illustrator, Inkscape, Figma and Cricut Design Space. The DXF puts each colour on its own layer for laser and CNC software.
Is my image uploaded to a server?
No. Decoding, tracing and exporting all happen on your device, and nothing is uploaded. Once the page has loaded it works offline.
